Vipul Shah

Vipul Shah is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in networking, asset and vendor management, and IT service management. Since September 2008, Vipul has served as Senior Manager IT at Pacifica Companies, overseeing a wide range of responsibilities including firewall management, video conferencing solutions, and the implementation of various IT infrastructures such as CCTV and antivirus systems for a workforce of 300 employees. Prior to this role, Vipul worked as a Senior System Engineer at Sumisha Computers from October 2007 to September 2008. Educational qualifications include a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) degree focused on system, networking, and LAN/WAN management, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree from Gujarat University. Additionally, Vipul has specialized training in Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
