Mark Remus has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Mark started their career as a Billing Officer at National Water & Sewerage Corporation (NWSC) from June 2013 to March 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Software Developer. From 2013 onwards, Mark was self-employed as a Web Applications Developer. In 2019, they joined Pacifica Group Ltd as an Information Technology Support Specialist until May 2021. Mark then transitioned to the role of Information Technology Support Team Lead, a position they currently hold.
Mark Remus completed their Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology at Uganda Christian University, from 2010 to 2013. In addition, they obtained several certifications including ISO 20000 - Principles of IT Service Management System (ITSM) from Alison - Empower Yourself in April 2023, Diploma in DevOps Engineering - Kubernetes, Docker and Google Cloud from Alison - Empower Yourself in March 2023, Introduction to NFTs: Non-fungible Tokens from LinkedIn in June 2022, Microsoft Exchange Server 2019: Administration, PowerShell for Exchange Administration from LinkedIn in March 2022, IBM CC0101EN from edX in September 2020, edX Verified Certificate for Introduction to Cloud Computing from edX in September 2020, Advanced Google Analytics and Google Analytics For Beginners from Google Analytics Academy in January 2021.
