Michael Maglione

Michael Maglione is a seasoned environmental specialist with extensive experience in managing environmental aspects of construction projects, particularly in the transit sector. Currently serving as a Senior Environmental Specialist at Pacifica Services, Inc. since November 2017, Michael oversees the Westside Purple Line Extension Project. Previous roles include Construction Services Division Manager at EFI Global, where responsibilities encompassed hazardous materials excavation at the Los Angeles International Airport, and Project Manager at Innovative Construction Solutions, focusing on soil and groundwater remediation. Earlier experience also includes Senior Project Manager and Project Manager roles at Andersen Environmental, where Michael managed remediation projects, client relations, and staff training. A background as a Wildlife Biologist with the Peregrine Fund involved tracking California Condors, highlighting a commitment to environmental conservation. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine Safety & Environmental Protection from the Massachusetts Maritime Academy.
