Matt Borys

Matt Borys currently serves as Vice President of Corporate Development at EverWind Fuels since March 2023 and holds the position of Board Member and Treasurer at Pacifica Treatment since April 2021, contributing to a nonprofit focused on innovative treatment for substance use and mental health issues. Previously, Matt was Treasurer and Head of Capital Markets at Atlas Corp. from February 2020 to March 2023, and held multiple roles including Treasurer and Director of Corporate Development at Seaspan Corporation from July 2018 to February 2020. Additional experience includes equity research at Raymond James Ltd. and various positions in investment banking at Desjardins Capital Markets. Matt holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and Economics from McMaster University and attended Aarhus University for further studies in the same field.
