Brandon Capps, MPA, currently serves as a Senior Government Affairs Representative at PacifiCorp since May 2022, building on a diverse background in energy policy and government relations. Prior experience includes roles at Puget Sound Energy as both Local Government Relations & Public Policy Representative and Government Affairs Representative, as well as an Energy Policy Analyst position at the Idaho Governors Office of Energy and Mineral Resources. Additional experience encompasses a Research Assistant Intern role at the Idaho Public Utilities Commission and various internships, including with the Idaho House Education Committee and the Idaho House of Representatives. Brandon holds a Masters of Public Administration in Natural Resources Management and Policy and a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Government, both from Boise State University.
