Mike Sullivan

Mike Sullivan serves as a Carbon Policy Advisor at PacifiCorp, where responsibilities include analyzing policy issues related to cap and trade, emission reduction goals, and renewable energy credit tracking. Previously, Mike held the position of Manager of State Regulatory Policy at the Edison Electric Institute, focusing on legislative and regulatory issues, stakeholder engagement, and educational programming for member companies. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Government Relations at Berkshire Hathaway Energy, representing the company to Congress and other stakeholders, and internships in government affairs, including work with the United States Senate. Mike holds an M.B.A. from The George Washington University School of Business and a B.A. in Political Science from The George Washington University.
