Talon W. has a robust background in operations management and engineering, currently serving as Operations Manager at PacifiCorp since October 2021, overseeing power distribution and maintenance in Central Oregon. Previously, Talon worked at PNM Resources as a T&D line supervisor, managing operations for the Metro Line department in New Mexico, and as a Field Coordinator responsible for electrical substation maintenance and capital projects. Prior roles at Chevron included Production Planning & Scheduling Engineer and Senior Field Engineer, focusing on project management and regulatory compliance.
