Charis Allenbaugh

Charis Allenbaugh is a seasoned professional in health promotion and wellness, currently serving as a Health and Wellness Transformation Strategist at PacificSource Health Plans since November 2021. In this role, Charis spearheads strategic initiatives to optimize care management and wellness programs, achieving significant improvements in STAR ratings, regulatory alignment, and member satisfaction.
