Michelle Douvia

Michelle Douvia has a robust professional background, currently serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO and previously holding the position of Director of Corporate Strategy and Planning at Premera Blue Cross since August 2017. Prior experience includes the role of AVP in Strategic Planning and Performance Management at Zurich North America from 2010 to 2012 and various positions at Farmers Insurance between 2001 and 2010, including Director of Life Marketing and Sales. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked as a Management Consultant at Oliver Wyman from 1999 to 2001. Educational qualifications include a degree from Queen's University between 1995 and 1999 and attending Li Po Chun United World College of Hong Kong from 1993 to 1995.
