Sara Vizcaino serves as the Director of Human Resources Operations at PacificSource Health Plans, a position held since May 2015. In this role, Sara has led the implementation of a new Human Resources Information System (HRIS), transitioning data and processes from multiple legacy systems to Workday, collaborating with internal experts and implementation partners. Sara holds a Master's degree in Sports Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of the Pacific.
