Sarah Holloway

Sarah Holloway RN, BSN, CCM is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in care management and public health. Currently serving as the Manager of Medicaid Care Management at PacificSource Health Plans, Sarah oversees a team of 28 staff members to deliver high-quality services to Medicaid members across Central Oregon, the Columbia Gorge, and Portland. Prior roles include COVID Testing Lead for Deschutes County, where Sarah developed emergency preparedness plans during the pandemic, and various supervisory and nursing positions focusing on home visiting programs for maternal health and public health initiatives. Sarah's career began at Bonfils Blood Center, after which roles at Denver Health and Jefferson County solidified a strong foundation in nursing and patient care. Sarah holds a BSN from Denver College of Nursing and a BS in Health from the University of Northern Colorado, with ongoing studies in a Master of Public Health program at Eastern Washington University.
