Katie Williamson is an experienced professional in customer service and business consulting, currently serving as the Director of Customer Service at Paciolan since May 2005. Previously, Katie held various roles at Paciolan, including Senior Customer Service Manager, Customer Service Manager, Business Consultant, Senior Implementation Consultant, and Implementation Consultant. Prior to joining Paciolan, Katie worked at the University of Connecticut from September 1999 to May 2005 as the Assistant Director of Development. Katie holds a Master of Arts in Sport Science and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, both degrees earned from the University of Connecticut.
