Kiet Lieng is a skilled technology professional with extensive experience in site reliability engineering and DevOps. Currently serving as a Principal Site Reliability Engineer at Paciolan since September 2018, Kiet manages a five-member team responsible for developing solutions for complex challenges in both development and production environments, with notable achievements including the implementation of AWS CloudFront tooling for CDN services. Previous experience includes roles as a DevOps Engineer at Illuminate Education, Inc., where Kiet enhanced production stability alongside developer needs, and as an Application Developer at RAND Corporation, focused on innovative projects like a recommendation engine and predictive analytics. Additional roles at Freedom Communications and Guidance Software contributed to a solid foundation in web application and software development. Kiet holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from California State University-San Bernardino.
