Garrett Boetzer

Garrett Boetzer is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in bioengineering and biomedical engineering. Currently serving as Director of Validation at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. since October 2014, Garrett has also held the position of Process Engineering Manager, overseeing mid-level engineering staff and focusing on automated aseptic filling and capping equipment. Prior experience includes roles as a Manufacturing Engineer at Hologic, where Garrett worked on automated capping and filling equipment while maintaining GMP compliance, and at Vical, where efforts were centered on validating cleaning cycles and scaling manufacturing processes. Garrett earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Bioengineering and Biomedical Engineering from UC San Diego.
