Jared Ham, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP has a diverse work experience spanning multiple healthcare settings. Jared started their career as a Pharmacy Technician at Target in 2011 and later became a Pharmacy Intern at CVS Health from 2013 to 2016. Jared then joined Palmetto Health and served as a PGY1 Pharmacy Resident from 2016 to 2017, followed by a role as a Clinical Pharmacist from 2017 to 2018. Jared continued to advance their career as an Emergency Medicine Clinical Pharmacy Specialist at Memorial Hospital West from 2018 to 2020. Jared then joined Johns Hopkins Medicine as a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. as a Medical Science Liaison since 2021, and they also hold the position of a Medical Science Liaison Director starting in 2023. Jared'sfocus is on assisting physicians and patients with opioid-sparing products to ensure safe and efficient recovery.

Jared Ham, PharmD, BCPS, BCCCP completed their Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree at the University of South Carolina from 2010 to 2016. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Biostatistics and Epidemiology at Tufts University from 2022 to 2024. Throughout their education, Jared obtained various certifications, including the Board Certified Pharmacotherapy Specialist (BCPT) from the Board of Pharmacy Specialties in December 2017 and the Board Certified Critical Care Pharmacist from the same institution in August 2020. Jared is also licensed as a pharmacist in multiple states, including Maryland and Florida. Additionally, Jared holds certifications in pediatric advanced life support (PALS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), basic life support (BLS), and is a notary public.
