Jillian Mangiro Phr

Jillian Mangiro, PHR, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on HR business partnering and employee relations. Jillian is currently working as a Director, HR Business Partner at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Human Resources at BIOCODEX from October 2019 to January 2023. Jillian also worked at BASF as a Senior Compensation Analyst from December 2017 to October 2019. Before that, they held the position of Senior HR Business Partner at McAngus Goudelock & Courie from August 2014 to December 2017.

Jillian's career in HR began at Verizon in May 2009. During their time at Verizon, they held multiple roles, including Human Resources Business Partner, Employee Relations Advisor, Retirement Plan Specialist, and Human Resources Intern. In these roles, they provided comprehensive HR support, acted as a liaison between departments and management, developed and implemented HR programs, advised on personnel policies, conducted internal investigations, delivered HR-related training, and implemented policies and procedures to impact business results. Jillian also played a key role in recruitment, compensation and benefit decisions, and performance management.

Jillian Mangiro, PHR, SHRM-CP, has a strong academic background and relevant certifications in the field of Human Resources. Jillian obtained a High School Diploma from Roxbury High School in the year 2005. Following that, they attended Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus from 2005 to 2010, obtaining a BA/MA degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology.

In addition to their education, Jillian has pursued professional certifications to further enhance their expertise. In May 2012, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI. Further, in May 2015, they acquired the SHRM-CP certification from SHRM. These certifications demonstrate their commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest practices in the field of Human Resources.
