Todd Killian

Todd Killian is a seasoned executive in the life sciences and pharmaceuticals sectors, currently serving as Senior Vice President of Market Access, Reimbursement, and Operations at Pacira BioSciences, Inc. Since 2024, Todd has demonstrated leadership in commercial strategic planning and execution, having previously held significant roles at BioXcel Therapeutics, Tris Pharma, and Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals, where responsibilities included transforming commercial operating models, leading high-performing teams, and achieving revenue targets. Todd also founded and led QLS Life Science Consulting, focusing on market access challenges. Earlier career experiences include key positions at Allergan, Merck, and Pfizer. Todd holds a Master's degree from Duquesne University and completed an Executive Leadership program at Harvard University.
