Luis Pérez Cintrón

Luis Pérez Cintrón has over 20 years of experience in various roles within the IT industry. Luis'smost recent position was as a Project Manager and Systems Architect at PACIV since 2021. Prior to that, they worked at SmarTek21 as a Lead SharePoint System Engineer where they were responsible for troubleshooting errors, providing support for line of business applications, and leading a team in rollout work, maintenance, and support for SharePoint servers. Luis also served as a Senior Consultant at CGI, developing applications in C# MVC 5, SharePoint, and Open Text Metastorm, as well as performing UX/UI work and Office365 rollout. Before that, they were a Partner and Chief Innovation Officer at Stratygo Inc, where they specialized in solution development and new process implementation. Additionally, Luis has experience in business development, sales, and project management in companies such as Desrupt Magazine, Technology Partners Puerto Rico, Integratek, Productivity Point International, and Excel Management. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in various technologies and platforms, including BizTalk, SQL, Azure, Android, Microsoft, IOS Mobile Application Development, Microsoft BI, Power BI, C# MVC, and Java Development.

Luis Pérez Cintrón completed their undergraduate education from 1997 to 2000 at UPR Recinto Rio Piedras, where they studied Psychology. In addition to their degree, Luis has obtained several certifications throughout their career. In 2014, they received a certification in Human Centered Design from IDEO.org. In 2017, they became a 200 hr Certified Yoga Trainer through Yoga Alliance. In 2019, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 4 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. Furthermore, in 2021, Luis earned certifications as an Agile Visual Facilitator from Agile fun!, as an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Coaching from ICAgile, and as an ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Team Facilitation, also from ICAgile. Most recently, in 2022, they obtained a PDC Permaculture Design Certification from Rancho Mastatal.
