Ken Horenstein is the Founder and General Partner at Pack Ventures since January 2021 and serves as a Mentor at CoMotion at the University of Washington since August 2017. As a Co-Founder of Venture Out from October 2019 to January 2022, Ken played a pivotal role in startup development. At M12, Microsoft's Venture Fund, Ken focused on market development from September 2017 to January 2020, connecting CxOs with innovators. Previously, Ken held positions in business strategy, marketing, and consulting, including Business Development Manager at SeaChange Fund and Senior Associate at Microsoft. Ken also co-founded the Foster Venture Fellows while earning an MBA at the University of Washington, where a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance was also obtained. Early professional experience includes roles at Porch Group, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, and CNA Surety.
