Nyero Dabor

Nyero Dabor has a diverse background in human resources, starting with their current role as a Human Resources Business Partner at Custom Health since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a National Human Resources Generalist at Custom Health from April 2022 to March 2023. Before joining Custom Health, Nyero was a Human Resources Generalist Consultant at HRContinuum from November 2021 to February 2022. Nyero gained significant experience at RSM Canada, where they held multiple roles. Nyero started as a National Human Resources Coordinator in November 2018 and was responsible for payroll activities, recruitment, and onboarding. Nyero then became a National Human Resources Generalist in February 2021, overseeing various HR operations, such as talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations. At Collins Barrow, they worked as a Human Resources Administrator, focusing on recruitment activities and managing HR documents. Nyero also worked as a Human Resource Co-op Student, handling personnel records, advising students and members on module registrations, and organizing focus groups for branding.

Nyero Dabor completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Mount Royal University. This educational journey spanned from 2015 to 2020. In January 2022, Nyero obtained the certification of Associate Member from CPHR Alberta.
