Teresa Pitre

Teresa Pitre has extensive work experience in the pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the field of long-term care and managed care. Teresa is the General Manager at Custom Health since April 2017. Prior to that, they worked as a Pharmacist and Executive Consultant at Teresa Pitre Consulting Inc. starting in September 2014. Teresa also held various positions at Medical Pharmacies, including Vice President Seniors Services, Manager Corporate Relations, and Clinical Consultant Pharmacist from March 2006 to October 2012. Teresa was the Vice President of Centric Health's Marketing and Shared Services department from September 2013 to September 2014. Teresa has also served in leadership roles at Canadian Society of Consultant Pharmacists, including President (November 2011-November 2013) and Past President. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President at Hogan Pharmacy from January 2016 to October 2017. Teresa began their career as a Drug Info Associate at The University of British Columbia from 1995 to 1998 and later became the Manager of Professional Services at Apotex Inc. from 2002 to 2006.

From 1987 to 1994, Teresa Pitre pursued their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Biochemistry at Ottawa University and the University of British Columbia (UBC).
