Billy House

Billy House is an experienced manufacturing and reliability professional with expertise in electrical and instrumentation systems. Currently serving as Manager Area Manufacturing - Finishing at Packaging Corporation of America since January 2015, Billy focuses on optimizing equipment and enhancing reliability. Previous roles include E&I Reliability Engineer and Process Safety Supervisor at Alabama River Cellulose, where responsibilities included developing reliability strategies and managing the Management of Change Program. Additional experience encompasses maintenance planning at Georgia Pacific Corp and both E&I Technician and Maintenance Planner roles at Alabama River Cellulose LLC. Billy’s foundational experience began as an Electrical and Instrument Technician and Assistant Maintenance Superintendent at Alabama River Newsprint, complemented by military service as a Fire Control Technician in the US Navy. Billy holds an educational background from the University of South Alabama.
