Caileigh Rachford

Caileigh Rachford (Steigers) is a Senior Process Control Engineer at Packaging Corporation of America with previous experience as a Control Systems Engineer at Bechtel National Inc and a Valve Application Engineer at PCE Pacific, Inc. Caileigh holds a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering from Washington State University. During their time at PCE Pacific, Caileigh worked closely with engineers in the oil and gas industry to design and troubleshoot control valve assemblies. Caileigh also served as the Fisher Regulator Product Champion, assisting gas utility customers with natural gas pipeline design and regulator selection. Additionally, Caileigh interned at Xenon Arc as a Commercial Intern, focusing on developing customer relationships and business ventures within the food industry.
