Georgia Kokkinias MBA PMP is an accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in managing commercial properties and transactions. As the Director of Real Estate at Packaging Corporation of America since February 2019, Georgia is responsible for overseeing PCA's real estate operations. Prior to this role, Georgia served as Managing Broker/Project Manager at Ellas Commercial Real Estate, Inc., leading sale and lease negotiations for diverse clients from June 2005 to February 2019. Previous positions include Vice President of Commercial Real Estate at Troy Realty Ltd., where expertise in industrial and land properties was developed, and Commercial Division Broker at Prudential SourceOne. Georgia holds a Master of Business Administration from Creighton University and a Bachelor’s degree in Project Management in Real Estate from DePaul University.
