Rich Garber

Rich Garber started their work experience in 1990 as the Director of Environment at Boise Inc. Rich held this position until 2013 when they became the Director of Environmental Compliance & Regulatory Affairs at Packaging Corporation of America. In 2007, they served as the President of the Board of Trustees at Northwest Pulp and Paper Association. Rich also had various roles at AF&PA, including being the Chair of the Water Resources Subcommittee. Additionally, they were a part of the Operating Committee at NCASI and the Executive Committee at NWPPA.

Rich Garber studied at Westmont College from 1984 to 1988, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry. Rich also holds a certification as an ISO 14001 Lead Auditor, with no specified institution or date of completion provided.
