Richard Schirtzinger

Richard Schirtzinger is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality management and production within the packaging industry. Currently serving as Area Quality Manager at Packaging Corporation of America since January 2011, Richard has held various roles including Quality Systems Manager, Production Manager, Plant Superintendent, and Corrugator Supervisor. Prior experience includes positions at International Paper, where Richard was recognized for leadership potential and served in multiple capacities including Leadperson and Corrugator Operator. Richard's career began at Unisand Incorporated as a Production Associate and Delivery Driver and included military service in the United States Marine Corps as a Radio Operator and Forward Observer. Richard holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a minor in Organizational Leadership from Franklin University and an Associate's degree in Business Management with a focus on Human Resource Management from Central Ohio Technical College.
