Robin Carr

Robin Carr has extensive experience in quality assurance and quality control management within the manufacturing and construction sectors. Currently serving as QA/QC Manager and Reliability Assistant Superintendent at Packaging Corporation of America since August 2014, responsibilities include maintaining the Boiler Repair National Board "R" Stamp program and overseeing the DeRidder Mills Tank Integrity program. Previously, Robin held the position of QA/QC Services Manager at Power Specialists Assoc., Inc., managing welding and fabrication oversight from January 2008 to August 2014. Prior roles also include QA/QC Manager at Boise Cascade Company, where responsibilities similarly involved the Boiler Repair program and tank integrity, and QC Manager at BE&K Construction Company, focusing on ASME welder continuity and inspections. Education includes the American Welding Society and Louisiana Technical College, along with early studies at Merryville High School.
