Sarah Koehl

Sarah Koehl is a seasoned operations executive currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Packaging Exchange since March 2023. With a diverse career marked by leadership roles at Victory Packaging from 2005 to September 2021, Sarah held positions including Executive VP of Operations and Corporate Services, Regional Vice President, and President of the Houston/Hammond locations. Additionally, Sarah was the Director of Quality & Training and a Six Sigma Black Belt at Victory Packaging. Prior to this, Sarah served as Director of Training & Associate Development at Academy Sports & Outdoors from 1999 to 2005. As the Owner of C.N. Koehl Urban Forestry, Inc., Sarah also brings entrepreneurial experience. Sarah Koehl holds a degree from Mays Business School at Texas A&M University, completed between 1989 and 1993.
