Colm O'Leary

Colm O'Leary is an Independent Hospitality Specialist dedicated to assisting independent hospitality owners in building more profitable businesses within 90 days. They began their career as a Student Ambassador at DCU from 2012 to 2013, followed by various roles at Johnson & Johnson, where they gained extensive experience in brand and territory management. Colm served as Head of Sales and Marketing at Bloom and Blossom from 2019 to 2021 and is currently the Director at Packed House since 2024. They hold a degree in Business Studies with a focus on Management, Economics, Accounting, and Marketing from Dublin City University.
