Chloe Houston

Chloe Houston is an experienced educator with a focus on mathematics, currently serving as the Mathematics Department Head and Mathematics Teacher at The Packer Collegiate Institute since July 2020. Prior to this role, Chloe taught mathematics at The Nightingale-Bamford School from August 2016 to July 2020 and held positions as a High School Math Teacher at Uncommon Schools and the American International School of Johannesburg. Chloe began a teaching career in June 2009 with the NYC Department of Education and additionally worked as a tutor and academic coach at Private Prep while participating in the NYC Teaching Fellows program. Chloe holds a Master of Education in Urban Adolescent Education from LIU Brooklyn and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Bates College, with international study experience at The University of Edinburgh. Early professional experiences include roles in sales and as a camp counselor.
