Kate Gilfillan is an experienced educator and counselor currently serving as Dean for the Class of 2028 and previously for the Class of 2024 at The Packer Collegiate Institute since July 2020. Prior to this role, Kate worked at Loyola School from August 2011 to June 2020 as School Counselor and Guidance Department Chair. Kate began their career at El Centro del Cardenal/Catholic Charities as a Youth Education Counselor from August 2008 to August 2011 and initially worked as a Pension Administrator at FM International Services (NY), Ltd. from August 2006 to May 2007. Kate holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on School Counseling from Boston University and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Loyola University Maryland.
