Christina Yota

Christina Yota, S.Psi, Psikolog, M.KKK, CPC, is an experienced professional with a strong background in human resources and organizational development. Currently serving as HR & GA General Manager at Packet Systems Indonesia since December 2012, Christina has established HR functions and overseen HR operations, including compensation, benefits, legal relations, recruitment, talent management, and learning development. Prior experience includes Group HR Manager for TRIBUN - Group of Regional Newspapers at KOMPAS GRAMEDIA, where significant contributions included setting up new branches and leading critical organizational restructuring initiatives. Earlier roles as a Research Executive at Deka Marketing Research involved qualitative research for major clients. Christina holds a Master's degree in Occupational Safety and Health and a degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia.
