Rich Jackson

Rich Jackson has over two decades of experience in the telecommunications industry, holding various leadership roles focused on cost management and expense control. Rich most recently served as Vice President of Cost Management at PacketFabric. Prior to that, they worked at INAP as the Director of Network Cost Management and at XO Communications as the Director of Telco Audit and later as an Executive Director. Rich also held a position as Director of Global Expense Management at GTT and worked on access contracts at Sprint Nextel earlier in their career.
