Rashi Gupta

Rashi Gupta has a solid work experience spanning over many years. Rashi currently holds the position of VP Finance and HR at Packfora LLP, a role they started in January 2022. Prior to that, they co-founded CIRCLEOFHOPE in August 2021.

In terms of previous work experience, Rashi served as a Senior Finance Manager at Unilever from February 2016 to June 2021. Before that, they were the Head of Finance and Information Technology at L'Oréal from March 2012 to January 2016, where they were responsible for finance planning and analysis, accounting, and supporting management in decision making.

Rashi also had significant roles at Diageo, where they worked as the India OTC (Order to Cash) Process Lead from May 2010 to February 2012, and as a Senior Manager in Corporate Strategy and Decision Support from November 2008 to May 2010. At Procter & Gamble, they held positions as a Senior Financial Analyst in Corporate Strategy Planning from August 2006 to October 2008, and as a Finance Manager in Product Supply from October 2005 to August 2006.

Rashi Gupta completed their high school education at Sacred Heart High School from 1987 to 1999. Rashi then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree in Accounting and Finance from Podar College between 2001 and 2004. Following that, they obtained a degree in Chartered Accountancy from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India from 2002 to 2005.
