Rodney Pease

Rodney Pease is an experienced packaging and business development professional currently serving as the Associate Director of Business Development at Packfora since April 2024. Previously, Rodney held various roles at Meati, including Senior Food Engineering Manager and Packaging Engineering Manager, where responsibilities included leading packaging innovation initiatives. At SLANG Worldwide, the role of Director of Innovation was complemented by experience in R&D manufacturing. Prior experience features positions at Boulder Brands, Pinnacle Foods, and Unilever, where Rodney focused on packaging engineering, innovation, and quality assurance across multiple product lines. Rodney holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Packaging Engineering from Michigan State University, obtained in 2013.
