Subhashini Tripuraneni is an experienced professional with a robust background in artificial intelligence, data science, and analytics. Currently serving as the Global Head of AI/ML and People Analytics at JPMorgan Chase & Co., Subhashini leads initiatives that enhance employee experiences and streamline HR functions for a vast workforce.
