Charlie Field

Charlie Field has a diverse work experience. Charlie started their career as an Engineering Intern at Sea Engineering, Inc. in 2009 and later interned at Makai Ocean Engineering in the same year. Charlie then became a Graduate Student at the University of Hawaii at Manoa from 2010 to 2012. After that, they joined Waikiki Yacht Club as a Sailing Instructor in 2006 and transitioned to become the Co-ed Sailing Head Coach at Punahou School in 2012. Currently, Charlie is working at PacMar Technologies, where they held the position of Mechanical Engineer from 2012 to 2020 and is now serving as a Senior Engineer.

Charlie Field received a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical and Ocean Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from 2006 to 2010. Following that, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Ocean and Resources Engineering from the University of Hawaii at Manoa. In December 2015, Charlie obtained a certification as a Professional Engineer from the state of Hawaii.
