Andrena Powell-Baker

Andrena Powell-Baker is Senior Manager for Community Relations and Development for both Lockhart Power Company and Ni Pacolet Milliken Utilities. In such capacity, she is responsible for community relations and various customer-facing marketing efforts. She also actively participates in business development opportunities for Lockhart Power Company and the broader Pacolet Milliken group of companies.

Prior to Pacolet, Andrena was the Executive Director of the Union County Development Board. In such capacity, she was responsible for economic development in the county and was the lead negotiator of economic development incentive packages for both national and international companies. She is currently President of the South Carolina Economic Developers Association and the Board Chair of the Union County Development Board. She is certified as a South Carolina Certified Economic Developer; and is also certified to facilitate AchieveGlobal’s Leadership and Customer Service programs.

Andrena has a BS Degree in Business Administration from Winthrop University.
