Stephanie Payne

Stephanie Payne is an experienced manufacturing and engineering professional with a strong background in project management, process improvement, and team leadership across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Manufacturing Engineer at Pacon Manufacturing Corporation since November 2020, Stephanie previously held significant roles such as Engineering Project Manager at CITSCORP, where responsibilities included leading industrial system integration projects and managing engineering departments. With expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, Stephanie has successfully implemented quality systems, managed budgets, and overseen safety programs at several organizations, including Fenner Drives and U.S. Endoscopy. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration in Analytics from the University of North Carolina Wilmington and dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Electrical Engineering and Biomedical/Medical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh.
