Ian Cook

Ian Cook has extensive work experience in logistics and supply chain management. Ian started their career as an Allocator at House of Fraser in 2000, where they were responsible for stock management and allocation. Ian then moved on to become a Logistics Manager at House of Fraser in 2002, where they managed contract logistics, store deliveries, and returns operations. In 2005, Ian joined Arcadia Group Ltd as the Arcadia Group Logistics Controller, leading and enhancing the company's supply chain operations and working with third-party partners to support the group's multi-channel brand strategy. In 2017, they worked as the Head of Logistics at Kurt Geiger before joining Pact Coffee, where they currently hold the roles of Director of Operations and Supply Chain Director, overseeing green coffee roasting, fulfillment and production operations, and delivery logistics. Throughout their career, Ian has focused on driving operational efficiencies, reducing costs, and supporting business growth.

Ian Cook attended the University of the Arts London from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a BA Hons degree in Retail Logistics.
