Nang’andu Joan H. Kamwale is a strategic and transformative leader with extensive experience designing, implementing and managing integrated HIV, sexual and reproductive health, social protection and digital health solutions. Her competencies include corporate governance, organizational leadership, business development, advocacy, partnerships, community engagement, capacity development and health systems strengthening. She brings 20 years of both international and local NGO experience. Nang’andu's career has been marked by high-level positions, including serving as the executive director for Planned Parenthood Association of Zambia, one of the largest SRHR and family planning advocacy and service delivery organizations in Zambia, as well as project director for the USAID Data Rising Project. She has served with the Zambia eLearning Program, implemented by Amref and ChildFund, as well as MIS Advisor for the USAID DELIVER project, implemented by John Snow Inc. She has experience leading mechanisms funded by USAID, PEPFAR, the Center for Disease Control, Global Affairs of Canada, SIDA, IPPF, FCDO, UN Agencies, Global Fund, Master Card Foundation, the government of Japan and more. Nang’andu holds a bachelor's degree in Computing and Information Systems (Greenwich University), a Higher National Diploma in Management Information Systems, and an MBA from the DMI St. Eugene University, Lusaka, Zambia.
