Paul Schoening has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Paul began their career in 2004 as the President and Founder of Euromedia Group, an import, marketing, and distribution agency in the cycling industry. Paul successfully grew brand awareness and established a strong sales and distribution network.
In 2007, Paul joined Korn/Ferry International as the Global Director of Marketing for their Leadership and Talent Consulting division. Paul played a key role in the integration of four subsidiary brands and exceeded performance goals by implementing successful marketing strategies.
Paul later worked as the Sr. Director of Marketing at OptumHealth, where they contributed to developing corporate health and wellness tools and solutions. Paul was responsible for leading marketing efforts during a six-month contract role.
From 2010 to 2013, Paul ran their own consultancy, Plan C Active Marketing, offering services such as business development strategy, event marketing, social media management, and more. Paul served clients in various industries, including health care, sports, and organizational development.
Paul then joined Park Tool Company in 2013 as the Director of Marketing, where they oversaw marketing strategies for the company.
In 2014, they joined Primer 180 as an Account Director, leading client management and supervision while developing strong agency partnerships.
In 2015, Paul launched WheelHaus Group, a virtual marketing and branding agency focused on the bike industry, with a specific emphasis on cycling and Nordic skiing.
Paul joined Vail Resorts in 2017 as a Sales and Service Associate, and later moved on to become a Regional Sales Representative at Pactimo in 2018.

Paul Schoening, MBA, completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Religion/Philosophy and Sociology from Whitworth University. Following this, they pursued further education and earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in International Business Management and Marketing from the University of St. Thomas between 1995 and 1999.
