Gerrald Peters has a diverse work history spanning over three decades. Gerrald began their career as a Maintenance Technician at Lenersan Poortman in the Netherlands, where they repaired and maintained various packaging equipment. Gerrald then worked at Boskalis as a Project Manager, overseeing the construction of a new seagoing dredger and managing a team of up to 70 people.
Peters later joined QuadTech as a Project Engineer team leader, where they successfully coordinated installations of auxiliary equipment on printing presses and led a department of engineers in designing specialized equipment. Gerrald then moved on to Amcor Flexibles, where they held roles as a Project Manager and Americas CAPEX/CI Manager. In these roles, Peters managed capital projects, implemented continuous improvement initiatives, and developed strategic sourcing strategies.
Most recently, Peters has worked at Pactiv, LLC as a Sr. Procurement Manager and Director of Automation Engineering. In these positions, they managed significant budgets and oversaw the implementation of automation projects, including robotic case filling and palletizing. Gerrald also developed policies, mentored engineers, and created capital requests and budgets.
Throughout their career, Gerrald Peters has demonstrated strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a strategic approach to procurement and continuous improvement.
Gerrald Peters earned a Bachelor's Degree in Electric / Electronic Engineering from Dirksen University, graduating in 1992. Gerrald also obtained additional certifications such as Minitab training and Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 2011. Gerrald also received Negotiation Training from ENS in the same year.
