Heather Smith Nicodemus

Heather Smith Nicodemus has a diverse work experience in various industries. Heather Smith started their career in 1983 as the Director of Placement at International Business College (IBC) and worked there until 1989. Heather Smith then joined Mattel, Inc. as a Business Controller from 1989 to 1999. In 1999, they became the CFO of the Retail Business Unit at Pactiv, LLC, where they worked until 2017. Heather Smith then transitioned to the role of Director of Shared Services, FP&A and Supply Chain Finance at the same company. In 2017, they took on a new role as a Village Trustee at the Village of Grayslake.

Heather Smith Nicodemus obtained their Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Purdue University Fort Wayne between 1985 and 1990. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BS) with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Purdue University from 1978 to 1982.
