Joe Spina

Joe Spina has a diverse and extensive work experience in human resources. Joe currently holds the position of VP of Human Resources at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., where they are responsible for leading the HR operations of the Foodservice business unit. Prior to this role, Joe held the position of Human Resources Sr Director and Human Resources Director at the same company in 2021.

Before joining Pactiv Evergreen Inc., Joe worked at Honeywell for a significant period of time. Joe served as a Human Resources Director from 2018 to 2021, overseeing various HR functions. Joe also held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager from 2016 to 2018, where they managed HR operations for Supply Chain, Quality, HS&E, Facilities, and Program Management functions.

Joe's early professional experience includes working at GE, where they held various HR management roles. Joe served as the HR Manager at GE Transportation from 2008 to 2011 and at GE Industrial Systems from 2003 to 2007. Joe also completed the Human Resources Leadership Program at GE from 2001 to 2003.
