Matt Parthasarthy has more than 30 years of work experience in various leadership roles in companies such as Pactiv Evergreen Inc., Strategy Consulting Group, Neenah, Pfaltz & Bauer, Inc., Honeywell, 3M, Fisher Tank Company, General Chemical, CB&I, and the United States Navy.
Currently, Matt is serving as the Director of Strategic Marketing at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., a position they started in October 2021. Prior to this, they were the Managing Partner at Strategy Consulting Group starting from February 2019.
Before their current roles, Matt worked as the General Manager, Transportation Filtration at Neenah from February 2021 to October 2021. Matt also held the position of General Manager at Pfaltz & Bauer, Inc. from February 2019 to February 2021.
Matt's work experience includes significant roles at Honeywell, where they served as the General Manager of Fine Chemicals from October 2017 to February 2019, and as the Business Director of Authentication Technologies from January 2016 to October 2017.
Prior to Honeywell, Matt worked at 3M, where they held several positions such as Global Business Manager, Industrial Purification from November 2013 to January 2016, Strategic Planning Manager from November 2010 to November 2013, New Business Development Manager, Industrial Cleantech from September 2008 to November 2010, Marketing Manager from May 2006 to November 2010, and Business Development Supervisor from June 2004 to May 2006.
Before their tenure at 3M, Matt worked as a Marketing Manager at Fisher Tank Company from October 2001 to June 2002, and as a Project Engineer at General Chemical from January 2001 to October 2001.
Matt'searlier experience includes working as a Business Development Manager at CB&I from May 1995 to December 2000, and serving in the United States Navy as a Lieutenant (junior grade) from June 1990 to July 1994.
Matt Parthasarthy completed their Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Rutgers University in 1991. Matt later pursued an MBA with a focus on Marketing and Strategy from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, graduating in 2004. Matt also studied International Business at Georgetown University during the same period.
