Matt Rhodes

Matt Rhodes has extensive work experience in various roles related to engineering and operations in the manufacturing and distribution industry. Matt has worked as the Sr. Director of Automation Engineering at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., where they oversaw global operations and managed a diverse customer base. Prior to that, they served as the Engineering Director at Dematic, leading teams in the design and implementation of automated material handling solutions. Matt also worked as the Director of Distribution and Engineering Consulting at I.D. Systems, Inc., where they provided data analytics consulting services to Fortune 500 clients. Additionally, Matt has considerable experience at Walgreens, where they served as the Director of Distribution Engineering and Systems Integration, managing large-scale distribution projects and facility planning. Matt began their career as an Industrial Engineer Intern at Rockwell Collins, a manufacturer of avionics and IT systems for the military.
