Robert Goode

Robert Goode serves as Senior Counsel for Commercial Transactions at Pactiv Evergreen Inc., a position held since January 2023. Previously, Robert was Corporate Counsel at Bang Energy from March 2022 to January 2023 and In-House Counsel at Varonis from December 2020 to January 2022. Robert began a legal career as an Associate at Krieg DeVault LLP in the Business, Acquisitions, and Securities Practice Group from August 2015 to December 2020, and earlier served as an Associate at Carson Boxberger LLP. Academic contributions included serving as Executive Managing Editor for the Indiana Law Review and various roles in legal support, such as Research Assistant during studies at Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, where Robert earned a Juris Doctor degree in Business Law, Copyright, and Trademark in 2014, following a Bachelor of Science in Business: Legal Studies and Technology Management from Indiana University Bloomington in 2011.
