Lucas Tiago Araújo

Lucas Tiago Araújo is currently serving as Assistente de Clima and previously as Estagiário de Clima at Pacto Global da ONU no Brasil, focusing on engaging Brazilian companies in climate action, managing communications, and overseeing key projects and events related to climate initiatives. In September 2023, Lucas Tiago Araújo joined the Research Centre for Greenhouse Gas Innovation (RCGI) as a scientific researcher, concentrating on social perception and scientific diplomacy in technological transitions for a low-carbon society. Prior experience includes a role as a scholarship recipient at Universidade de São Paulo, where projects involved developing educational tools for climate justice and integrating social entrepreneurship initiatives. Additional roles ranged from a sales development intern at Dshow to account executive positions at Instituto Semear and customer service at Supermercados Negreiros. Lucas Tiago Araújo is pursuing a degree in Environmental Management at USP.
