Rayhanna Fernandes has extensive experience in sustainability and ESG management, currently serving as Gerente de Sustentabilidade at Protiviti Brasil since August 2019, focusing on the structuring and improvement of sustainability programs, ESG governance, human rights, and social impact assessment. Additionally, Rayhanna holds multiple roles including Membro do Comitê de Auditoria do Pacto Global da ONU - Rede Brasil, Professor of ESG at FIA Business School, and Founder of MatrePotência, a project aimed at empowering Black women in the labor market. Previous experience also includes working as an Advogada at the Clínica de Trabalho Escravo e Tráfico de Pessoas da UFMG, specializing in labor law related to human trafficking.
